This is not just a dashboard. This is a full-scale, role-based system (RBAC) built to handle real business operations securely and efficiently. AURUS is a custom built software created for real estate investment firms to manage the complete investor journey from onboarding to final investment.

Understanding The Problem
Before building this system, the client was facing multiple challenges:
- Managing investor onboarding manually
- No clear tracking of investor progress
- Documents were scattered across emails and folders

The Solution We Built
We built a custom investor portal with a role-based access system (RBAC) that manages the entire workflow.

Structured Investor Onboarding Flow
To remove confusion and delays, we designed a clear step-based onboarding journey. The entire process is divided into defined stages. Each stage is visible to both the investor and the admin, making the system transparent. The flow includes investor registration, document submission, verification, fund transfer, and final completion steps. Instead of guessing what to do next, users are guided at every stage. This significantly improves completion rates and reduces back-and-forth communication.
